In LVL, guests simply enjoy the luxury of home-style living while away from home. Outdoor Amenities Leisurely unwind in our landscaped garden, or take a stroll in the green areas outside the property and around the estate. Also, a tram passes in front of the house every 10mins and generates only about 50-65 decibels (compared to a car engine of 75-90 decibels). Free private parking is available on-site. There are local amenities nearby such as fuel stations, cafés, restaurants, and shopping facilities. Several parks and green spaces provide opportunities for walking, cycling, and outdoor recreation. Location & Nearby Attractions Situated within easy reach of Dublin's key destinations, the property is approximately 5.2km from The Square Tallaght. Dublin Airport is around 25 km away. Popular attractions such as The Spire in Dublin city centre, Dublin Zoo, Guinness house and Phoenix Park can be reached in about 13 km, making the location a convenient base for exploring the city and the surrounding area. LVL sits between two luas stops - Cheeverstown stop and Citywest campus stop- each only a walking distance. Bus stands are just by the estate entrance and taxi call out, in 1-5mins.

BASIC RULES - Return keys to lockbox upon checkout. - Lock doors/windows and switch off lights and appliances upon checkout. - Kindly clean up used dishes. - Use the bin provided (under the sink). -No smoking on property. - Please do not strip bedsheets and do not load the washing machine at checkout. ADDITIONAL Check-in & Check-out -Maintain check-in and check out times - Remove valuables from the safe and reset the code if used. Guests & Visitors - Only booked guest(s) stay overnight. - Visitors require prior host's approval. - No parties, events/gatherings allowed. Smoking & Cleanliness - Guests can smoke outside the property gate and dispose of stud responsibly. Security - Keep the entrance gate locked always - Do not share lockbox codes - Additional /2nd guests MUST provide a copy of a government issued photographic ID upon check-in. Property & Appliances -Do not rearrange furniture or remove property items. - Report damages immediately. -No indoor items/furniture to be brought outside and vice versa - Please use only washing pods in washing machine as recommended. - Do not overload the washing machine. -Do not flush anything else other than toilet tissue down the toilet. Safety - Do not tamper with smoke alarms - Use the safety items as needed - In emergency, call 911 and notify the host Lost, Damaged & Missing Items - Guests are responsible for replacement of lost keys, damaged items. - Personal belongings left behind will be returned at the guest’s expense. Housekeeping - Cleaning and linen changes are arranged for every 5th day from date of check in . -For stays of 4days or less, cleaning will be done at the end of the stay. -Do not strip the beddings or load the washing machine.
